I think this is what the Philippine Correctional facilities lack, a rigid system molding inmates into productive citizen prohibiting them from going back to their criminal life. I cannot edit my earlier post lol.

It scares me tbh, Are catholic private schools now prone to drug peddlers /syndicates?

I really think that reducing the criminal responsibility may help, as of the moment Japanese criminal responsibility is at 14 but legislators are debating on reducing it more. I hope that Filipino lawmakers can also learn from it. Thanks!
